1-2-3 Bottom Tray

A 1-2-3 bottom tray is a type of packaging design commonly used in packaging. It consists of four flaps that fold together to form the bottom of the tray, providing stability and support. The flaps are labeled as 1, 2, and 3, indicating the order in which they should be folded during assembly. The 1-2-3 bottom tray is known for its structural integrity and ease of assembly. The flaps securely interlock, creating a strong base for the packaging. This tray type is often used for various products, including food items, cosmetics, electronics, and more, where a sturdy and reliable bottom is required.

How to Assemble 1-2-3 Bottom Tray?

Assembling a 1-2-3 bottom tray is a straightforward process. Start by laying the box flat on a clean and flat surface with the printed or labeled side facing down. Fold in the two opposite side panels (usually labeled as “1”) towards the center, ensuring they overlap. Fold the bottom panel (labeled as “2”) upwards, perpendicular to the side panels, to cover and lock the previously folded side panels. The bottom panel should slide between the side panels. Finally, fold the remaining side panels (usually labeled as “3”) towards the center, overlapping the bottom panel. Ensure they securely interlock with the other panels, forming a sturdy bottom tray. To ensure a tight and secure fit, gently press along the seams and edges of the assembled tray. Once the 1-2-3 bottom tray is properly assembled, it will provide a stable base for your packaging, ready to hold and protect your products.
