Returns and Refund Policy

At Blue Box Packaging, each order is custom-made to your specifications. As a result, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will address any errors that are determined to be our responsibility.

Final Sale Policy

  • All orders are unique and made-to-order.
  • Payments are final and nonrefundable.
  • No refunds or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If we determine that an error was made on our part, we will reprint or reproduce the order at no additional cost.

Reporting Issues

If you discover any issue with your order, you must:

  • Notify Blue Box Packaging within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue for our review.

Reprint Eligibility

  • If a printing error is confirmed by our quality control department, Blue Box Packaging will reprint the original order.
  • No monetary refunds will be issued, only reprints.
  • Defects or faults will be reviewed and assessed solely by the designated team at Blue Box Packaging.

Return of Defective Products

  • Clients must return the defective product to Blue Box Packaging at their own expense within 7 business days to qualify for a reprint.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition for proper evaluation.

Rush Orders

  • Rush order fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
